

Brian MacKenzie is the Founder of CrossFit Endurance and author of Power Speed Endurance which focuses on a skill based approach to endurance training.
He has been featured in Triathlon Magazine, Competitor Magazine, and Outside Magazine for his highly skilled, high intensity, lower volume approach to helping athletes. His programs focus on giving the athlete more functional strength without the wear and tear to the joints that comes from putting in lots of miles on the road or trail. MacKenzie's longest training runs while preparing for a 100-mile race are 13 miles.
